Plastic Recycling
Exporting as ""low-cost plastics raw material"" in the end, after the treatment through various recycling routes, has been the predominant practice for plastic recycling in Japan until recently. However, as environmental consciousness increases, Japanese companies and municipalities are now demanding domestic recycling and effective traceability. Therefore, plastic recycling companies are now expected to become the ""material manufacturers,"" producing high-quality materials which meet client's strict specifications, through domestic recycling scheme.
Overview
Recycle One owns and operates two of the most advanced and largest factories in Japan, in Saitama and Shizuoka. These factories recycle waste plastic containers and packaging (PCP) from households into high-quality plastic materials, which are used by the domestic plastics molders. They also recycle waste plastics from the industries, sometimes to be used again at the factories of their origin, to the order of our clients.
We also develop and produce plastic compounds to our client's specifications, or propose and implement new recycling system based on our extensive knowledge and experience in plastic recycling.
Our business
Each of our two factories in Saitama and Shizuoka is able to process 25,000 tons of waste plastics annually. Each factory is equipped with 3 optical auto-sorters which sort waste plastics into homogeneous PE and PP. Combined with the accumulated operational know-how, we are able to produce quality pellets which can be used to manufacture high value-added products, which was not possible before.
We will continuously expand and advance the usage of our pellets, by leveraging the homogeneity of our pellets and compounding them with other plastic materials.

Our Products
1)PCP Pellets (PE)
-Cost effective and consistent PE pellets, realized by homogeneous sorting of PCP.
2)PCP Pellets (PP)
-Cost effective and consistent PP pellets, realized by homogeneous sorting of PCP.
3)PCP-cellulose nana-composite (CNC.) Pellets
-Modified PCP pellets which can be used for inflation and blow molding.
4)Plastic bags made of PCP-CNC.
-Cost effective and environmentally friendly plastic bag from modified PCP.
5)Compounded PCP pellets
-Plastic materials made to client's specifications, which can also be colored.
6)Flakes from home appliance plastics
-The only PP/PS/ABS flakes form home appliances in Japan, with over 98% purity and less than 2% flame retardant.
